We've been talking about a serious crash between a semi truck and a small vehicle, and what we're having trouble with is identifying the story that actually tells who's responsible. Because law enforcement's conducting a criminal investigation, we can't get all of the information from. From a police report. Guess what you do next. If that's the case, you gotta start calling witnesses. Which is why it's important to identify who's available to tell the story. In this case, it includes tow truck drivers who are on the scene, ambulance EMTs who are on the scene. Not only can we look at who are other drivers, but in this case, first responders could really help us tell the story.
