[00:00:01] Good morning, this is Ziad Youssef with Bellingham Injury law, home of crashlaw.net and this is the Monday morning legal minute. Today I'm walking you through a pretty significant car accident that involves semi truck versus small vehicle rear end collision. And it's a sad story because someone died. So the first step was to identify who the owner of the truck, the semi truck was. And the only way we could do that was by sending public disclosure requests to the law enforcement agency and then putting a little bit of pressure on them to send us that information. That's all we got, was the name of the trucking company. In the next episode, we're gonna talk about how to find out who insures that trucking company so that we can go after the responsible party for our clients losses.
