The weather's changing, it's getting a little bit colder and it's raining more. In fact, here's the thing with rain, your visibility is pretty limited. And what happens in those circumstances is people making lane changes aren't watching or noticing that there's vehicles in the opposite lane. So we see often vehicles that get involved into side swipe accidents. And the question comes up, well, whose fault is it? Who ran into who? If you get injured by someone changing lanes into your lane cause they didn't notice you or they were careless about looking before they changed lanes, it's their duty to make sure that they don't change lanes until it's safe to do so. And if they change unsafely or carelessly and you get injured because of that, you're entitled to have your claim brought on your behalf and we're happy to do it for you.
